Changes
-Monsters chasing the player will now move at a speed greater than the player's walking speed, but lower than running speed, scaled by their SPD stat
-Monster's will not attack the Player again within 30 minutes of any Monster Attack

Bug Fixes
-Fixed a glitch where Monsters attacking the player could interrupt sex
-Cleaned up many redundancies in the animation systems leftover from old versions, causing unnecessary bloat
