Changes
-Changed the days certain expeditions become findable. The last 4 used to only show up after day 30, now the last 2 can show up after day 30 and the other 2 can show up after day 15

Bug Fixes
-Fixed a glitch where not finding an expedition while searching was returning no text
-Fixed a glitch where an event which should take place at a time of day would fail if the game was loaded into that time of day
-Fixed a glitch which wasn't checking for all Photos to determine if the Blue Book (in game gallery) should be displayed on the books shelf
-Step 3 of the District College now properly breaks the weapon used, as the description states
